Warranty and Return
Warranty terms:
We provide a comprehensive 30-day return guarantee for each order. If you find any quality issues with the product within 30 days of receipt, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Our warranty covers the following:
- Quality problems that occur during normal use of the product.
- Damage to the product during transportation.
- Problems caused by manufacturing defects.
- Problems that occur during normal use of the product that is not due to excessive use.
If you believe that the product has quality issues, please contact us within 30 days by submitting a support ticket with your order number and product name. Our customer service team will process your request within 24 hours, assess the product situation, and provide you with a corresponding solution.
Return terms:
- Returnable items: Within 30 days of receipt, if you find that the item we sold has the following conditions, you can apply for a return/refund or exchange.
The item has quality problems or is damaged/dirty during transportation. The received item size/color does not match the order. Unused items that have not met your expectations.
- Non-returnable items:
Products beyond the 30-day warranty period.
Products that have been washed, worn, used, or abused.
Please note that all returns must be authorized by our support center and accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form. We will not accept returns without an RMA form.
Return process and time frame:
If you need to return an item, please contact us by submitting a support ticket with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with an RMA form and our return address. Please follow the instructions on the RMA form to return the item and send us the return proof in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email within 3 days and arrange for an exchange or refund. Please allow our after-sales team 3-6 business days to process your request. For credit card refunds, please allow 7-14 business days to process the transaction. For PayPal refunds, transactions may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. Please wait 24 hours for an update.
